Pašos sākumos cilvēkus no spēles nebanoja, bet ieslodzīja tādā vietā kā "Black hole". Daudzi tīši pārkāpa noteikumus, lai redzētu kā izskatās šis melnais caurums, tāpēc tika radīta "The Black Hole Experience", jeb Black hole kopija, kurā varēja ieiet, ja tev bija Disk of returning. Tomēr tur bija tādi cilvēki, kuri mānija citus, lai tie nomet savus diskus, tādējādi tiekot iesprostotiem, jo tajā laikā vēl priekšmetus nevarēja uztaisīt nenometamus. 2001. gada decembrī no spēles izņēma "Black hole", bet Disk of returning palika kā retums, kas maksā daudzus desmitus miljonu.
